I would be inetersted in joining in...

though my track record is such that I'll probably peter out after a few weeks.

I think the HTCI idea sounds interesting. Am I wrong, or are you only talking about using some of those concepts as challenges? Maybe we could have two challenges each week instead of one? Example, on challenge being of the standard HBC sort, and the other could be from HTCI?

Just thinking out loud here.
