my taco salads look like this (this is literally the order i put it on my plate):

slightly crushed white corn tortilla chips, lettuce, taco seasoned ground meat (beef or chicken but usually turkey), refried beans, shredded cheese, salsa, ranch dressing and olives.

YUMMY! though it likely wouldn't help your blood sugar.
