We don't use a dressing as such. We build them like this:

Crispy iceberg lettuce and Fritos (no substitutions!).
Grated cheese.
Hot taco meat, slightly soupy. (We fry it up, rinse off any fat, then add taco seasoning, salsa, and water, and simmer briefly.)
Chopped onion and tomato.
Sour cream or yogurt.
Salsa.
Chopped avocado.
Fork!
