I have chicken drumsticks roasting in the oven - it's a method I came across in the THM cookbook that I've never tried. Start frozen leg pieces in a 350 oven. After an hour, turn the heat down to 200 and roast for "a few more hours." Not sure what they consider a "few" but I have 2.5-3 before dinner, so I'm hoping that's enough!
The seasoning is a combination of Creole seasoning and barbecue spices like liquid smoke and paprika. And the obligatory hot sauce.
I have heads of broccoli and cauliflower in the fridge waiting to be prepared.
