Oh sorry about the copyright issue. I decided to re-write it in my own words and post it here. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Did your family like the koftas?
Beef and Sweet Corn Koftas
1 small bunch cilantro (coriander leaves), chopped
1lb lean ground beef (500 g)
2 TBSP curry powder (or to taste)
2 carrots, grated
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl reserving a little cilantro for garnish. Divide and form the mixture into 24 meatballs (koftas).
Place koftas in a baking dish with space between each meatball. Spray with cooking spray and bake 24-30 mins or until cooked through.
Garnish with reserved cilantro.
