Re: Vegetable spiralizer. Keep or donate?
I'm actually one who eats zucchini noodles several times a week. I have a veggie spiralizer that sits dormant in the back of my kitchen cupboard. In fact, you reminded me how I should pull it out and donate it.
I just use a small hand held julienne cutter. I don't like getting out the big contraption and then washing all the parts after - I find it's not worth the work. That said, in my family it's pretty much only dh and I who eat the zoodles so hand cutting doesn't take more than minute. If I had to create mass amounts for dinner I'd probably use the spiralizer more.
