I don't use a recipe. I really want to try it with cashews this next time though.
I just toss cornstarch, arrowroot, or flour in a pan. Dump in the NY. Add enough water or milk to get everything in a paste. Add a bit more water to thin it. Start to cook it. Add some Earth Balance to it. Once it's thick, I usually add salsa to it. Sometimes I add some leftover chili to it. I know it's pretty lame.
