Just what I was wondering.
One of my ways of keeping up is to not buy store bought bread. Then I have to make it!!
I also use a sponge method that sits over night with only a little yeast, when I haven't had time to get a big huge batch together of the "fridge dough" .
I usually make a batch that has about 14 cups of flour at a time and freeze some of the dough for later use.
