I'm trying this recipe for the first time tonight for Valentine's Day. It is not working out well. Can someone tell me what I've done wrong? I'm thinking that perhaps some of the measurements were unclear. I used 3 tsp of cocoa per recipe instructions but then saw that the recipe ingredients say 3 TBSP. I've double checked the amounts on ingredients several time and am sure I've measured the rest correctly. It's just really, really runny still and it's been cooking for 1 hour and 45 minutes and counting on high. Not sure if the toothpick will ever come out clean. I admit I'm not a very good baker so that may be part of the problem.
