This is one of my Staples if I can I add in mung bean sprouts and snow peas to it. I found super thin rice noodles that soak up faster.

This has become one of my weekly meals this summer. The way this ends up looking in our house is brown a lb of pork, toss in some garlic, ginger and book a bit more. Toss two bags of shreaded cabbage ( I can grab these for the same price as the cabbage frequently) on top and add in fish sauce and coconut amenos and what oever other veggies I am adding in.
Wr have been eating lots of tacos and taco salad because it is easy for me.
