I always make it vegetarian, but I think the original recipe called for lamb.

This is my favorite chickpea dessert:

Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough



Ingredients:


2 cups chickpeas
 (warm if possible)

1/4 cup natural peanut butter


1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp maple syrup


1/2 tbsp vanilla extract


1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips



Directions:
 Rinse well and peel your chickpeas.



Put your chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla in the food processor and blend until smooth. Remove it from your food processor and stir in the chocolate chips.

Do you bake the cookies or do you just eat the dough
