Deep breathing
Hot/cold cuppa and go outside to sit down alone (I keep a small table and chairs on my front porch. It is definitely one of my favorite places.)
Go Earthing (walk around the yard barefoot, anytime of year. Even winter. The cold snow will definitely improve your mood and get ya movin.)
Delve into some essential oils. Add some to a candle, a diffuser, or to a base oil to rub on.
Use the
head massager Definitely one of the best things around!
Use a small foot massager or ball under the feet.
Go out and breathe in the night air.
Color or knit. (Even just a few minutes is relaxing.)
