Okay, I'm going to say that it won't be too rich. I'd pour it in a graham cracker crust, maybe topped with whipped cream or even some fresh fruit, and call it delish.
It's not as heavy as an egg custard and people eat those in crusts all the time.

Just realized that you need to bake it though, don't you? I still think it'll be fine in a regular pie crust
