French toast casserole or "breakfast casserole" with cubed, dried bread topped with cheese, sausage, veggies if you want, and soaked in egg and milk.

What about breakfast burritos or muffin cup eggs (with whatever you want to add) to pre-make and freeze?

I love fried egg sandwiches for dinner sometimes.
