I made the Mexican quiona last night and I used Jodi's browning method. It was good! I didn't have cilantro or avocado, though. That would've made it much better.
This is the Quinoa Cowboy Caviar that I made a lot last summer. I realized it's almost identical to the Mexican Quinoa that Kristen posted. I never added the avocado because I have a few kids that don't like them.

I haven't tried these quinoa recipes, other than the cowboy caviar, but I'm hoping to try more now that I know about the browning method.
