Last night I did a chicken and broccoli stir fry.
Tonight we had grilled rib-eye steaks, mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots.
I'm toying with making polenta tomorrow night. It's cooling off, so having the stove on won't be horrible, but I really don't want to stir for 30 minutes.
. I know I don't
really have to, but I can't help myself. I might try making it in the crock pot and doing a quick sausage and veggie sauce to go with it.
