I really should be more precise in my experimenting. My dh loves to chide me about it. Unless I write it down, experiments just don't turn out the same way twice. Eventually I remember, but for instance, the the first five versions of "Alligator Pie" were wildly different!

That looks good. Thanks for the recipe. I don't cook with measurements either and use recipes as guidelines so yes, experimenting can be quite interesting trying to make the same dish twice.
