Tonight is chicken pot pie. I get so many veggies from the school free lunches my kids get. I'll definitely be using those up.

Probably we'll have another big salad too.

Tomorrow is Enchiladas, beans, and poblano ranch with tortilla chips for mother's day (for my mom) and I'm planning to make chocolate chip cookies and homemade rice Krispy dark chocolates as a present for her.
