Fry up some hamburger (Optional: with onion and garlic). Drain. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup. Put the mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with some frozen veggie (mixed, corn or peas work well). Top that with a layer of tater tots. Bake until the tater tots are crispy. If you have a dairy-free cheese that melts, I put cheese on top and pop it back in the oven until it's melted.

cream of mushroom soup is out....dairy :/ (we're df in our home too)
