Re: Help with meals for new mom and toddlers?
Just keeping track of what I end up making each week so I can come back and remember myself!
This week:
Pot Roast (went to Costco and got a double pack of chuck roast) with carrots and onions
Roasted garlic potatoes
Apple crisp
Costco-size container of blueberries
Large bottle of mango lhassi yogurt drink (for a 2 pack at Costco again, one for us and one for this family)
Hoping she likes it... all is gluten free except for apple crisp (I had a mix from Aldi I wanted to use up for crisp— also she said they loved banana bread I made last week and that wasn’t gluten free)
Also, usually I’d add a salad to that for greens but what I have was a ceased salad mix with romaine, and I had to toss it bc of salmonella scare)
