If you have any helpful resources please share them in this thread.
My favorite resources are:

The McDougall DVDs or videos
The Food Revolution by John Robbins. A Plethora of facts and knowledgeable information.
May All Be Fed by John Robbins. An older book of his and the book that started me on my personal journey.
Diet for a New America Video by John Robbins. There is a book, as well. But, the video is a nice visual tool.
Hope's Edge by Lappee. Beautiful book about food related programs that are changing the world. I love this book. It's a wonderful gift book.
Supersize Me We like it. I'm not sure if it's a vegetarian video. I would say that it helps others to look at food in a different way. Good starter for those stubborn relatives.
The Vegan Sourcebook by Stepaniak is good for anyone wanted to become Vegan or
Becoming Vegan by Davis and Melina.
I finally finished..
The China Study This was a very fact oriented book. I loved it, but it could be overwhelming. I really had to read it when I could concentrate on it. I might read it again because there was alot of information to absorb.
Learning to cook again links, books, etc...
I'm adding something new.
http://www.compassionatecooks.com/ They have a DVD and podcasts. I have really, really enjoyed them. They now have a
message board, too.
Vegan cooking school

My new favorite cookbook is Vegan with a Vengeance. It is amazing. It uses whole foods that are easy to find and no egg subs or anything in the baking section. They have a website, too. theppk. com You will need to fix the link. It is not a Christian Site, so please be aware of that. They have great pictures on their forums of food from the cookbook.
http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/ is an amazing blog. She has the best pictures for her recipes and the food is divine!
