We're trying to eat more TF/Paleo/Primal. Whole foods without too many grains - even though I know the reasons behind it, I'm uncomfortable with severely restricting any whole foods
I also, um, prefer cooking vegetarian meals. Like, a lot. Cooking meat is just so greasy and messy and you can't taste it until it's cooked completely! Makes me crazy. I know part of it is that we were vegetarian when I was first learning how to cook with whole foods
So I need tips about getting more comfortable with cooking meat.
