Default Re: Low prep, low cost crockpot recipes!

Garlic chicken
2 pounds of chick (I use legs and thighs)
1 onion
1 whole bulb of garlic (approx 20 cloves)
1tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oil

slice onion into 'rings' and layer on the bottom of cp
mix oil and seasonings and coat chicken pieces. Lay them over the onions.
break up garlic into cloves, but you don't need to peel them. Leaving them in the paper is fine.
cook on low for 8 hours.
SOOOOO yummy. Even the kids like it, and the garlic is amazing. Totally cheap too.
