I'm homozygous C677T for MTHFR, too. It scared me to death when I first found out about it, but now it's not so scary. My functional medicine PA reassures me that humans have had this mutation for thousands of years and that it's only the toxic things in our environment that need culling. She always makes me feel better when I just feel like I'm a train wreck. Also, there's research to suggest that those with MTHFR are actually somewhat cancer-immune, so there's that.

I'm also taking zinc and choline, but those are more specific to me rather than homozygous MTHFR I think.

Oh, also, gluten-free is pretty important from what I've read.
