What do you do when you can't walk away? Like, if your children are following you around your tiny house and your just trying to get one second to think a clear thought through one crying and one asking something you've already said no to a gazillion times.
Would you lock yourself in the bathroom and try to self talk in there?
One of my biggest triggers is what I bolded below.
