My mom had this idea today

We have three new neighbors on our street. Most of our neighbors we know, and most all have extended family in the area, but two of our new neighbors are 'from away' (Maine saying

) and the third we've yet to actually meet, but would like to include anyway.

My mom would like to write a note to these neighbors letting them know we're here to help with support, shopping, etc. during this time. How would you phrase that?
