Personally, I noticed several years ago that I feel "funny" after consuming a lot of stevia. I figured I was sensitive to it in some way and eliminated it entirely. Now, a few years later, I have it occasionally but not on purpose. Sometimes I buy something that happens to have stevia. I don't have any issues. Like many things, I think it could be in the amount consumed.
The gut biome is so important to our health, both physical and mental/emotional, IMO.
