Easy crockpot meals

Chicken tacos - chicken breasts, rotel or salsa, taco seasoning
Italian beef
Beef fajitas
Spaghetti bolognese
Sesame chicken
BBQ chicken - chicken breasts, bbq sauce
Ham - I buy no nitrate, no antibiotic, hormone free from Aldi already sliced, and add pineapple slices to it and heat in crockpot and I serve it with these au gratin potatoes also make in crockpot or these crockpot mashed potatoes.

All of those meals can be frozen ahead of time and then just plopped in the crockpot and cooked all day to have dinner ready when you get home. The one exception is that I don't pre-freeze the spaghetti bolognese. I just make it the day off and then freeze the leftover sauce for another day. Also don't freeze the potato recipes.
