I use this recipe:
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Whole-W....aspx?prop31=9 but I use all whole wheat flour, usually flax meal instead of eggs and I subbed the squash straight up for the zuchini. I had 4 cups of zucchini so I just altered the other measurments accordingly. Oh, and I always make this into muffins cause they take way less time to cook and they are more likly to get cooked all the way through without drying out.
