Thanks! Do you have any guidelines for converting recipes? I went by the times for a couple of other IP recipes to figure out how long to cook the chicken last night.
It turned out okay. I didn't measure any of the spices which is why (I think) it was a little under-seasoned, but it was also soupier than the crock pot version. I even used a little less water in the recipe than I do in the crock pot.
But bone-in chicken done in under and hour? Pretty cool. (I set it for 35 minutes at pressure, but with going up and coming down I think it took about 55. That's about average, isn't it?)
