I think it is, but I'm frustrated that what I bought isn't quite that. I know I saw some that said "sunset/sunrise timer." I'm just frustrated trying to find the right combo of key words...I thought this one was it--dimmable, programmable, full color...but it doesn't have the sunrise timer which was my main goal.

Light is a big deal to circadian rhythms...I want to dim it near bedtime on purpose, and want it bright in the morning, but it defeats the purpose of being an alarm clock if I have to wake up first to fool with it to manually turn it back up from where I left it at bedtime.

I'm hoping someone will chime in with one they're using instead of having to experiment. There are a bazillion variations on Amazon.
