Blend in sauce pan:

1 cup consommé
1 cup brown sugar (I typically halve this)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp chopped garlic

I often add some cornstarch to thicken it as well.

Let boil, remove from heat, pour over ribs in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for an hour.
