I did Keto from Thanksgiving until 2 weeks ago. We went on a cruise and we have visitors, so this is a sort of planned break. (I had planned to break only on the cruise, but now I'm extending the break until the second set of visitors leaves.)
I have really loved the weight loss! And it's coming back now that I'm on my keto-break!
But, I feel confident about returning to keto next week!
