Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - vegetarian/vegan with no convictions?

My son is sensitive to dairy although he seems to be outgrowing that now. When he was little he had dreadful allergies and was taking claritin and using nose spray and would still get sick a lot. Then a chiropractor did the kinesthetic testing on him when he was 5 and she told us to cut out all milk products and we did and he got so much better! We were able to take him off of all of the allergy medications and he has not needed them since then except for very rarely when the pollen count is really high.
So, I have tried to avoid milk products for years to care for him, but we have not cut them out completely and we have added some back into his diet and he seems to be doing ok with it.
