Re: Philly beef recipe?
I've made similarly cut beef into beef fajitas. I just cook it in the following seasoned oil, and it's really quick and easy. You can sautee onions and peppers in the same oil, if your family likes them, and then serve with your usual taco condiments. We're grain-free, so we use a lettuce leaf instead of torillas (or often I just make it into a kind of salad to eat with a fork).
Fajita seasoning oil:
1 to 2 T. olive oil
1 t. cumin
1/2 t. dried organo
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
