Paleo Breakfast Bread
Another non-egg (or maybe egg-disguised) breakfast that we like is banana pancakes/waffle. 1 egg + 1 banana, mashed + 2T almond flour (makes enough for 1). Cook in coconut oil or in a waffle maker (I like it better as a waffle). Can add fresh or frozen blueberries to either, and I also slop in some vanilla and a big sprinkle of cinnamon.
