I sometimes cook chicken breasts in water and a little italian seasoning. And then when they come out I stuff them with feta cheese and diced tomatoes. And then I bake them brushed with olive oil long enough to get a tan.
it only take about 10-20 minutes. Oh and the feta is great because you can get it flavored with basil and pesto, or with black pepper. Then while its baking i make some egg noddles and toss them in garlic and butter or olive oil. Serve with a salad and you have a resturant style dinner in minutes.
