It turned out okay. I didn't measure any of the spices which is why (I think) it was a little under-seasoned, but it was also soupier than the crock pot version. I even used a little less water in the recipe than I do in the crock pot. But bone-in chicken done in under and hour? Pretty cool. (I set it for 35 minutes at pressure, but with going up and coming down I think it took about 55. That's about average, isn't it?)

I think I started with halving the liquid when I was converting them. I think I eventually reduced the liquid even more. I looked at prusher cooker recipes for the time generally.
Actually I think I might have found something that talked about converting them let me go see if I can find it.
