I'm trying to cook all month too, though I might allow for one pizza night when Dh is traveling.

I buy frozen pizzas from Costco and we have those about once a week. They come out to $3-4 per pizza, so not too bad. We make 2-3 depending on how many people are home. I love having them because anyone in my family can cook them, everyone likes them, and they are cheap!
