Just thin sliced zucchini baked with parmesan and spices on top. It's hard to get them crunchy like a chip though. I bake on parchment paper and drizzle with oil.
One of these days I'd like to try baking awhile and then topping with cheese. And baking again to see if I can get them crispy.
