Default Mould

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, so mods please feel free to move if needed

We have a problem with mould in our house. We suspect the health issue we have are coming from this but at this stage we don't have a lot of money to rectify it with

I will need to replace all our curtains in the house, go room by room with some sort of hydrogen peroxide solution to spray but was wondering what else I can do that would help I open the windows in our house every day, even during winter (just a small bit!) to get fresh air in but its obviously not enough!

Also, mould in my shower is an issue. I have tried clove essential oil and its done nothing. I'm considering trying a Borax paste on it to see if that would help.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received
