Help me with a new way to live. I am not totally unhealthy but I need help. My bad habit of drinking soda is over. I have stopped drinking coke and to stop craving drinking Coke Zero. I bought Stevia sweetener been not eating rice or pasta as much. I just need encouragement and some meal ideas especially for work. I am scared to get diabetes. I have plexus to try too. The doctor put me on metformin but it’s a nightmare to take and I have terrible diarrhea

I want to try something natural and try a different diet.
