Default vegan, wheat-free, soy-limited

Any suggestions on a cookbook with vegan, wheat-free, soy-limited (no tofu, no large quantities) recipes that are kid-friendly (they're NOT picky kids)?

I really want to limit meat intake in a HUGE way but don't know where to start. I've tried... bought some cookbooks. The recipes are just too complicated.

I don't need wheat-free as far as breads, but I can't use that wheat product that's a meat substitute (can't remember the name).

Is there any help for me?

subbing due to my meat-resistant, dairy-free, soy-sensitive kids and my limited cooking skills

seitan?

i don't know about cookbooks - i've been looking for a similar kind. i have a couple of really great recipes (coconut vegies with besan pancakes! mmm...) but only a few, and there's only so many times i can handle stir fry in a week.

(short answer is i'm subbing, i guess... )

I have a great cookbook downstairs It's just vegetarian, but we are soy/dairy/wheat-free, and I'm able to adapt most of the recipes.

I finally remembered to come back!

This is my favorite vegetarian cookbook. It's not vegan or wheat-free, but we are dairy, soy & wheat free and are able to adapt most of the recipes. There are 1300 recipes, and very few require meat subs or any of that.
