Default Vit C and Poop

So, say a random two year old girl get into the Vit C bottle and had an extra 5 or 6 pills? (500 mg each)

How would that affect her poop? And would it do the same thing to an older sister that may have done the same thing?

Too much Vit C can cause diarrhea/runny stools. Not sure how much that would take though.

Apparently 2000-3000 extra mg will do it.

But then, we hung out with some friends on Thursday night and the next day, one of them was sick. And then on Saturday she came down with diarrhea and her sister is now too. But then, on Saturday they also consumed all that extra vit c and the poop hasn't been too nasty stinky.

Gah. Dressy has a fever and is napping. Maybe it's not the vit c after all.
