Default Anyone make Popsicles with gelatin?

I want to make some Popsicles with juice but they are always so hard. It looks like gelatin will help. Anyone done that?

I think that's how they make the slow melt pops. I'm not a fan of those. The goo/slush texture is jolting, not what you'd imagine it to be, but the kids don't seem to mind.

What about kefir or yogurt? I make popsicles with just kefir, frozen strawberries, and a little bit of honey and my kids gobble them up!

I have not tried gelatin but I would be interested to hear how they come out. Adding Kefir is what I normally do as well.
