Tasty low-fat fish on stove top
We're having a guest for dinner tomorrow who is having gallbladder problems and needs a very low fat diet. I was planning on baked fish, rice, and salad. However, now my oven isn't working. Is there a way to cook fish on the stove top that uses no extra fat and yet is tasty?

Can you poach it? I've never tried it, but here's a method I found.
