We made peach butter (with your recipe kklibrarian)

two weeks ago and canned the remainder of the peaches. dh and the kids ate an entire pint of peach butter in a week so back we went to the farmer's market for a 2nd round. We made another 8 pts of peach butter, peach ice cream, and a peach pie. DD said, you make the most delicious pie ever Momma

The sad thing is we don't have any peaches 'just' to eat now...guess we're going back for a 3rd time!

I LOVE peach butter. It's like sunshine in a jar. Glad y'all had such a good time putting up peaches.
