Baby Sorcery!
Ok, so it's weird, but I just tried this on like the 4th upset baby and it worked.
How do your infants feel about the song Yellow by coldplay? I swear, it casts some kind of spell over squalling infants and calms them down! I need more people to test this theory for me! It's worked on as young as 3 months to my 11 month old granddaughter today.

Re: Baby Sorcery!
I have never heard of that song. Will you bump this in five months?
My dad swears by Edelweiss for calming fussy babies. Somebody ought to do a study and then make a playlist.

Re: Baby Sorcery!
My ds2 loves Queen Dh found the only way to calm him down as an infant was to put on Radio Gaga, ds2 still loves that song. I probably won't have any babies to try another song on for a long time but I will keep it in mind.

Re: Baby Sorcery!
Each of my kids have had one special song for them to calm them as a baby.
OK, except for my first baby. Nothing consistently calmed her, LOL. But the rest had "their song" and no one repeated a song. DS1 was "Sebu" by Veggie Tales DS2 was track 1 on a Spanish guitar CD we had. DS3 was The tuba on the Veggie Tales theme song. DD2 was one of the songs from High School Musical, LOL And DD3 was Cool Kids by Echosmith I love Yellow, but it makes me think of Greg from The Wiggles and then I get sentimental and sad. I remember one mom that used to be here said her baby's song was The Gambler by Kenny Rogers!
