My local one does, not a lot and it's first come first served kind of deal (they often run out of stuff) but their prices are really competitive. They also carry really natural snacks (no hydrogenate oils, no soy or corn oils) in a lot of their products. Aldi is a fantastic resource if you can get to one. They also carry organic meats for fantastic prices. But mine is often out of stuff/isn't well stocked. I have been doing the majority of our shopping at Costco now pretty much same pricing for most things but bigger bulk a little closer, and always has what I need.

Yes when we tried out Aldis here they didnt have really great prices for healthy meats but it is def a place to kind of keep checking in or watch ads. One of our other stores here had grass fed ground beef last week for 3 something a lb. 1.00 Less than one market had standard beef on sale. My husb went one night after work and bought what was out of the pckgs of that. I do the research and loom at the ads and sales and he does the shopping and is not the kind of shopper that wants to keep checking back at Aldis. He would love if we could get everything at one place! Usually it involves 2 or 3 different places

Also the Aldi ad tends to have more SAD stuff advertised so you really do have to keep checking back for the good stuff!

I really like Aldi's like others have mentioned. They do have a nice selection of organic options. The organic produce I've seen recently are apples, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, potatoes, bananas, oranges, avocados, and grapes. They also have a line called Simply Nature that is mostly organic - cereal, snacks, canned beans, canned tomato sauce, etc. One thing I do love about Aldi is their new line of Never Any meats which are not organic, but don't have any antibiotics or hormones. I've seen all sorts of cuts of chicken (whole, breasts, tenders, thin breasts, frozen chicken breasts), the grass fed beef (normally $5.49/lb at my store), lunch meat, Italian sausages, bacon under this label. I feel like the Never Any and organic brands at Aldi are sometimes cheaper than conventional brands at other local grocery stores.

I so wish thee were a Costco or SAMs club near by. The nearest of either is a couple of hours I think! Aldi is my go to store most of the time, and sadly it is still stretching my budget! I love it when they have Kerrygold butter or cheese for about half the price as regular stores. The Aldi is about three miles from my apartment and my car is in need of major repairs. I got it running but the issues I have trouble shooted are more than I can fix on my own. So I might have to start shopping at regular closer stores.
One think I have considered is calling the coop and asking if they mark up items they order by request. For instance wheat berries are over two dollars a pound but a twenty five pound bag is twenty five dollars from the company. Hypothetically I could buy a few bulk staple items and then be able to afford add ins like weekly cheese for their outrageous prices. Or perhaps buy a large wheel of cheese? Oh I would be horrible at portion control if I had one. It really is the only store I walking distance.

I've noticed my bill there after the first of the year has gone up about $25-40 dollars per week. I'm not saving nearly as much as I did last year. It's a bummer. Have the prices gone up that much, I wonder?

We focus more on clean eating eliminating most processed than on necessarily organic. If the organic price is similar like if a 5lb bag of apples is $4 regular and $4.50 organic I'll probably go for organic but I'm not paying $1.49 for an individual organic apple when the non organic is $0.40 each. We just can't afford that.

Just had this email from Taylor Farms brand that has both organic and non organic products All Non GMO l: Thank you for reaching out to Taylor Farms. We sell both organic and conventional products.

For our organic products, we are regulated by our organic certifiers to not use pesticides or herbicides. We use natural products that are available commercially to combat insects. Most of the products are soaps and oils of which are naturally derived. We also, through our seed selection process, have found varieties which are resistant to insects and mildew so that pesticides are not necessary. We strive to use minimal pesticides on our conventional products.
