I am hiding from talk like a pirate day, if dh was here we would have had fun with it but i think alone I would be tempted to have them both walk the plank.

Our donut shop gives a free dozen donuts to kids who dress and talk like a pirate today. My dd hates donuts. I froze them last year.

Ahoy!
We went to Krispy Kreme (dressed in Pirate-y grab, of course, and we have been listening to Pirates of the Caribbean soundtracks today. It has totally interfered with our regularly scheduled schoolwork today. The KK run took For-ever! The line was out the door. We had fun until we got home and realized how late it was. Stuff like this was more fun for me when we just had littles. Now we have to do school on Saturday. Argh!
